The 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh Elevator, Escalators and Lift Importers Association (BEELIA) was held on Saturday (April 4) afternoon at Gulshan Club, presided over by the organization’s President Emdad Ur Rahman.
The meeting was moderated by General Secretary Md. Shafiul Alam Ujjal and supervised by Finance Secretary S. M. Monir Uzzaman Monir. The annual activities of 2025 were highlighted in the meeting and the minutes of the 4th AGM were approved.
The newly elected executive committee for the term 2026-2028 took oath at the AGM. The newly elected president, Md. Shafiul Alam Ujjal, outlined the organization’s future plans.
In addition, the 2026 budget was approved, the 2025 fiscal year accounts were presented, and the appointment of an auditor for 2026 was finalized.
